The Trumbull Metropolitan Housing Authority will open the Housing Choice Voucher Program’s waiting list on October 22, 2024, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Applicants must have a current photo ID and apply in person at the main office located at 4076 Youngstown Road, in Warren.
