NOTICE: We are upgrading our case management system to better serve our community. During this time, there will be impacts to our services as we make this transition and fully train our staff. Please note the following important dates:
Effective Jan. 15, our online application will not be accessible until further notice.
Jan. 17-30, our HelpLine will not be taking calls.
Jan. 22-30, our offices will be closed for mandatory staff training.

Jan. 31, our office will reopen and our HelpLine phone service will resume.
We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to resuming full services as soon as possible.

As Community Legal Aid's central telephone and web-based intake system, HelpLine serves as the entry point for residents applying for help from CLA.

HelpLine staff provide equitable support to applicants, offer applicant transitions from collaborative partner referrals, and also provide additional legal information and referrals for people who are not eligible for CLA’s services.
