1. Make 3 copies of each completed form.
2. Take the originals and the three copies to the Clerk of Common Pleas Court.
3.Pay the filing fee:
1. The Clerk will send you notice of court dates as they are scheduled. Attend all of these court hearings. Learn more about preparing for court here.
2. If you move before the end of your case, you must submit your new address to the Clerk of Courts in writing.
